Assessment of different Enzymatic Virulence Traits contributing to pathogenicity of Candida Albicans

Background: Candidiasis is regarded as one of the frequently occurring fungal infections humans elicited by yeast that belongs to genus Candida. Among different species Candida, Candida albicans most pathogenic specie. The pathogenicity this specie depends on various virulence factors. This study was designed determine activity some important enzymatic factors such phospholipase, proteinase and hemolysin produced strains.
 Methodology: A total 300 clinical isolates C. were obtained identified conventional standard diagnostic criteria. For evaluation phospholipase production, egg yolk agar medium employed. minimum used for blood plate assay used. results statistically analyzed SPSS 16.0 version software.
 Results: Of a reviewed, majority recovered from females, i.e. 234 (78%); however, number males 66 (22%). Amongst all strains albicans, enzymes primarily 89.3% strains. While enzyme 86% isolates. p-value < 0.05 measured significant.
 Conclusion: From existing study, it can be determined these are albicans. detection tremendously significant in designing drugs combat opportunistic future.
